**Universal Championship Wrestling Ticket Terms and Conditions**

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket for any Universal Championship Wrestling event. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

**1.Ticket Validity and Refunds**

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as otherwise required by law. In the event of a canceled or rescheduled Event due to circumstances within UCW's control, UCW may, at its sole discretion, offer ticket holders a refund or a credit toward a future Event.

**2. Entertainment May Vary**

UCW makes no guarantee or warranty, either expressed or implied, that the entertainment provided at the Event will be exactly as advertised or expected. Card subject to change. UCW reserves the right to change the performers, matches, or any other elements of the Event without notice.

**3. Show Date Subject to Change**

The date and time of the Event are subject to change without notice. UCW shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or financial loss resulting from such changes.

**4. Force Majeure**

The performance of this Agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of UCW, including but not limited to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, pandemic, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities. In such cases, UCW reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event without any liability to ticket holders.

**5. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability**

Attendees of Universal Championship Wrestling events (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to injury, harm, or any other damages. Universal Championship Wrestling (hereinafter referred to as "UCW") and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries or harm that may occur during or as a result of attending the Event.

**6. Entry and Security**

UCW reserves the right to deny entry or remove any ticket holder from the Event for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, violation of venue rules, or security concerns.

**7. Recording and Photography**

By purchasing a ticket to our event, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being recorded, videoed, or photographed during the event for media distribution purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, broadcasts, and online content. We may capture and use your likeness for these purposes without further notice or compensation. If you have concerns regarding your image being used, please contact our event organizers before attending. Your participation in the event implies your consent to these terms.

**8. Communication Methods**

By purchasing a ticket to our event, you hereby consent to receive further communications from us, which may include promotional offers, event updates, and important informational announcements, via the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process. Your consent enables us to keep you informed about upcoming events and relevant news. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the messages. Your privacy is important to us, and your contact information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.


**9. Miscellaneous**

a. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the ticket holder and UCW and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

b. Failure by UCW to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision.

c. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not purchase a ticket for the Event.
